The Strategy
Most home inspectors are hands-on field professionals, not digital marketers. Because generic tech tutorials often fail with this audience, the strategy centered on demystifying the tools and addressing practical risks before asking anyone to write a prompt. To make the material immediately useful, the rollout focused on three core moves:
- Ease adoption anxiety first: Framed AI strictly as an apprentice rather than a replacement, covering data privacy, client confidentiality, and hallucinations up front.
- Standardize the inputs: Introduced the PACT-P framework to eliminate trial-and-error web prompts and give inspectors a repeatable structure for every marketing draft.
- Force active application: Paired every lesson with drag-and-drop checks and a companion journal, turning concepts into ready-to-publish assets without cutting into billable field hours.

Because pen and paper feels a lot less intimidating than a blank screen, this companion workbook gives inspectors a physical space to scribble, draft, and test out prompt ideas away from the software. They fill it out as they go, turning it into a desk-side reference cheat sheet they can grab whenever they need to write.
