Instructional design doesn't have to be boring.

We all know that just because something is required doesn’t mean it’s interesting. It’s usually the opposite. The higher the stakes, the lower the entertainment factor. 

I can’t promise to make it exciting. It’s compliance training, not SEC football. What I can promise is training that respects your team’s time and intelligence.

My goal is to create learning that’s less painful, more actionable.
