We all know that just because something is required doesn’t mean it’s interesting. Building codes and data privacy aren’t exactly thrilling topics. That’s part of the challenge.
I work across a range of learning formats, from scenario-based eLearning to live presentations. The goal is to turn complex, required content into training that answers this question: what should learners be able to do differently on the job?
I work backward from that outcome and design training that closes the gap between knowing and doing.
Good training doesn’t happen by accident. It starts with knowing what success actually looks like for the people in the room, and then building everything backward from there.
