My marketing clients often needed help learning the digital tools I’d built. Instead of answering the same questions one at a time, I started creating training. Watching people go from confused to confident sparked a passion for learning design.
That passion led me to a Master’s in Instructional Design from The University of Alabama (ROLL TIDE!).
As learning projects grew in size and complexity, I earned my PMP certification (on the first try, mind you) to strengthen my project management and Agile skills.
Now I combine learning science, project management, and design to create training that turns potential into performance.
