THE PROJECT

The Lakes of Northdale is an apartment community in an affluent neighborhood in Tampa, Florida. The leasing team found that despite residents signing detailed leases and policy agreements, community rules were often broken. Residents claimed that “they didn’t know” the rules. The goal of this microlearning was to present the most commonly violated community rules in a fun and memorable way.
