The Strategy

Knowing that many of the learners were not digital natives, my first goal was to ease their fear. I framed AI as an assistant, not the expert, and spent time on data privacy and safety.

Some participants had been pulling prompts from around the web with wildly variable results, so they needed to learn to build prompts tailored to their own needs. To address this, I developed the curriculum around a formula called PACT-P and shared strategies for creating a prompt library.

Practice makes progress, so both the course and the accompanying learning journal provide hands-on opportunities to write and tweak prompts.

The Content

THE PACT-P FORMULA

Most inspectors hate writing marketing copy almost as much as they hate dealing with confusing tech. This section shows them how to take inspection notes or common homeowner questions and turn them into posts that actually sound like them. A simple formula takes the dread out of self-promotion, so they can market their business without second-guessing.

Nobody wants to accidentally paste a client’s home address or a sensitive inspection defect into a public bot. This content cuts through the panic with practical, no-nonsense rules on data safety. Inspectors learn exactly what settings to switch off and how to sanitize notes so their clients’ private business stays private.

Because pen and paper feels a lot less intimidating than a blank screen, this companion workbook gives inspectors a physical space to scribble, draft, and test out prompt ideas away from the software. They fill it out as they go, turning it into a desk-side reference cheat sheet they can grab whenever they need to write.
