I led the development of an in-depth advanced electrical badge course, managing the project from start to finish. This included collaborating closely with SMEs to ensure the content was accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with learner needs. In addition to designing and developing the course, I created a promotional video to generate interest and excitement among potential learners. The video showcased the course’s key features, benefits, and the value of earning the advanced electrical badge, and it serves as a dynamic portfolio piece to highlight my instructional design and multimedia skills.

Analysis:

Design

- Designed the course visuals and materials to ensure accessibility and clarity for advanced learners.
Development
- Built the course using Articulate Storyline, integrating interactive elements such as simulations, quizzes, and assessments.
- Collaborated with SMEs to validate technical accuracy and ensure all content met advanced industry standards.
- Produced a high-quality promotional video using Adobe Premiere Pro to generate interest and excitement for the course.
Implementation
